There’s a calmness to it.

But also movement. Energy. 

Inspiration comes from the sea, the land, and the small things close to home,

weeds in the garden, shifting light, the feeling of being outside.

Painting is a way to reset.

A breath in and out.

Lena lives in Liverpool with her husband, three children, and their dog.

Her days are a mix of caring for her children, making art when she can, and working as a hairdresser.
